Delivery Policy

AzCigs.Com currently ships to USA only.

We will dispatch your order by Airmail Registered Mail.

Orders paid by Credit Cards are shipped within 2 business days after order date.

Within the USA the packages will be delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).

Estimated delivery times are 12 - 14 business days from the shipping date, not from the order date.

Shipping cost is $6,00 per carton.

Tracking numbers are available for all packages.

Usually a signature is not required upon package receipt. However if a parcel cannot be delivered, (no-one at home), the postman will leave you a notice requiring to collect your parcel from the post office within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to us.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail us at support@azcigs.com within 7 days of delivery.
